Cannot change birth month without errror msg

When correcting a member's birth month from January to July and then clicking on save, an error msg, "Birth date must precede the marriage date." appears. The birth date is in 1944 and the marriage date is in 1987. So, what data are the pointers really pointing to?

This should be working correctly in LCR 4.0. There was a problem with the date picker. You should be able to work around the issue by typing in the date (31 Jul 1944 or whatever value it should be) rather than using the date picker.
