Membership number and birthdate...

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Membership number and birthdate...

Not accepted when I put my info in for my membership number in it says membership/birthdate incorrect or / account already exists..... how do I find that account that already exists!

At the login page, use "forgot username" link and use the MRN option to recover the username.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
