Out of unit child removal
Had a member review their membership record during tithing settlement today and found a daughter listed who is not hers, nor does she know the name. How do I go about removing or correcting this?

To edit children you still have to use MLS. In MLS, find the member's record using Membership > Individual Record from the menu. Select the Children tab on the left side. Find the incorrect child and select the Remove link on the same line as the child's name.

Looking at the information, does it appear the child is a member? If so, then it might be worth contacting CHQ to let them know. Because sooner or later, someone is going to want to reattach that member to her mother. It's better to get that cleaned up now, then wait for the discovery and possibly have them do it wrong.
