When I put in my membership number it tells me that this account is already been used. I have gone in and use the forgot my password and forgot my username and it gives me the same one But to register my accountant wants my membership number and it will not let me enter it Please help thanks

Did you use "Forgot username" and then use the MRN option? That will tell you what account is using your Membership Number.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
