message when trying to login

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. The following message appears when I try to login to the Garments on-line store.....
The following create operation exception has occurred during processing: "javax.ejb.DuplicateKeyException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ESTORE.I0000425) violated DSRA0010E: SQL State = 23000, Error Code = 1".

This message appears for the response when I am trying to log in. I don't know what it means and can find no explanation for it anywhere.

I just tested and didn't have an issue. It was probably a temporary issue. If it is still occurring, contact customer support: https://store.lds.org/webapp/wcs/stores ... CenterView
