Is there a group for the ward council on LDS.org similar to an organization? In the LDS app I have created a list which works well for sending out simple, quick, emails and text messages. For forwarding or creating emails by copying and pasting it would be nice to use a list from LDS.org.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
