LDS.org, MormonNews.org cookie consent issues

LDS.org, MormonNews.org cookie consent issues
Whenever I try to open LDS.org or MormonNews.org websites on my freshly new laptop I am shown a cookie consent form without any text or buttons (see screenshot). Any ideas how to fix the issue? I cannot click anywhere on these websites unless I somehow dismiss the consent form. I use latest builds of macOS Sierra and Safari on my new laptop. AdBlockers are turned off.

well, I lied. I disabled adblocker in Safari's preferences and the consent form appeared OK. I guess disabling the adblocker from adblocker's own preferences doesn't disable its functionality entirely.
