Hello,
My husband has accidentally locked his username and password in place in the initial sign-in page . This means that anyone can access his account. How do we get rid of this so that each time he or I want to enter the Church members website we have to actually enter our sign-in details before we can access the site?
Regards,

That's a browser feature. What browser are you using?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Your browser should have a menu called Tools, and in that area there should be a place to select whether or not you save sign ins and passwords. Each browser calls it something a little different, but you will need to deselect those options.wattsm wrote:My husband has accidentally locked his username and password in place in the initial sign-in page.

Firefox has a menu called Tools, but Edge and Chrome don't have Tools -- they have Settings. So it's much easier to be helpful if we know what the actual browser is.lajackson wrote:Your browser should have a menu called Tools...wattsm wrote:My husband has accidentally locked his username and password in place in the initial sign-in page.
