Reporting Issues
I have been making donations online for the last year. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to bring up donations but it will not load, just keeps churning. What do I need to do?

You might want to check and make sure you haven't turned on private browsing. You might also try with a different browser or device. That would tell if you it's something with your browser/computer.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
