Young Men Home Teachers in Elders Quorum

When I go to the "Unassigned Potential Home Teachers" section for Elders Quorum, several Yong Men are listed. Most of the Young Men are in the High Priests section, but I'm not sure why these few are listed under Elders Quorum. I thought maybe they were heads of household but they're not.

Any help would be appreciated!
