Baptism & Confirmation Certificates
In LCR creating a certificate. When is asks who Baptized and Confirmed a new members. If it was the full time elders that did both, I can't see where to enter that info. Do we have to get the elders full name and membership ID to do so?

Re: Baptism & Confirmation Certificates
It looks like there is an Unknown option that will print a certificate that doesn't say who performed the baptism. But if you want to include the name then it looks like you do need either the full name and birth date or their membership number.

I wonder if clerks have access to the assigned missionary's MRN via the directory?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The answer is No. Their MRN's don't appear, even for a Ward Clerk.russellhltn wrote:I wonder if clerks have access to the assigned missionary's MRN via the directory?
I've always asked the missionaries for their full name and birthdate, since the option became available in LCR. Works a treat!
