Boy showing up on Valiant 10 girl's attendance roll

Actually, the boy is listed in two classes on the roll, Valiant 10 boys (to which he belongs) and Valiant 10 girls (to which he clearly doesn't). I checked and the only class he is "assigned" to is the valiant 10 boys class - it's only showing up on the Attendance rolls incorrectly.
Has anyone encountered anything like that? He lives in an out-of-area household, if that makes a difference.

You might start by checking to see if you have two copies of the record, perhaps an out-of-unit record and a temporary record. And if that is not the case, it is probably time to send Feedback or contact Local Unit Support.

Thank you for the response. Is Local Unit Support online? or a phone number? I looked around for a place to open a ticket of sorts but was unable to find any, and the "send feedback" seems to be geared towards usability more than technical issues.
