Trying to set up an account for my dependent mother

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Trying to set up an account for my dependent mother

How do I set an account for my mother? I am her primary care giver and tried to set up an account for her to pay her tithings from my tablet but it does not allow me. Please, advise.

Can you tell us more detail as to what happened? Did you get an error message? What did the message say? Did you enter her MRN in the account? Did you use an email address that only she uses and is unique to her?
