I'm membership clerk in my ward and ward member contacted me for help to log in to her LDS.org account.

She has can login and change her settings but can't see the directory or make donations. She as reset her user I'd and password and even looked up her account with her member number and still gives her the same error when she tries to access the directory, the errors says that access is denied. Her records are in my ward and can see them. I'm not sure where to look to help her.

Odds are she doesn't have her MRN added to her LDS account.

If she goes to LDSAccount.LDS.org, has her membership record number been entered in?

Is the MRN on her account the same as the one on your records? It may seem strange, but it happens.

Yeah it is I printed her record for her to use. She did get married and changed her last name. But it wasn't working before that happened.

I'd suggest calling the Global Help desk and see what they say.

Great! Be sure to report back if you learn anything that might help future clerks or members!
