Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. how can upload, in my lds account, a image profile.

You do it from the directory. Go to the directory, select "My Household" on the left. Click "Edit" in the right column. You'll see the link to add a photo. There will be at least two: One as a individual and one as a family.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
