How do I change a member's address if they move within ward boundaries. LDS tools will not let me change or edit their address. I have tried to move them out, request records. Does anyone know how to change an address?

Edit their address in LCR. Use the Member List to find and display their profile and then click on the little pencil icon to the right of the Individual details.
Address changes can't be done in LDS Tools.
