Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. What should I do if I'll make a new lds account because I forgot my older one, but it says there "the account already exists".

Rather than trying to create a new account use the 'Forgot your username' link on the login page and then use the MRN option to recover your old username and password.
