Request MRN
I have not been to a Mormon church in quite a few years. The last ward I attended was in Pennsylvania and I live in California. How can I go about getting my Members Records Number? Who should I contact?

In the Ward that covers where you currently reside, contact the ward membership clerk. To obtain your details he will need your full name and birthdate.

And to find which ward you belong to you can put your address in to lds.org/maps
