MRN and Birthdate not working for job posting

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. MRN and Birthdate not working for job posting

I am trying to post a job on LDS Resources and it has me create an account either as a member or as a friend. I chose member and put in my MRN and birthday like it asked and it won't let me. It's saying that the MRN or birthday are incorrect but I did it multiple times and it still didn't work. Can you please help me with this?

Contact your ward clerk or ward membership clerk to see what is in your membership record. Your MRN that you have may not be correct or your membership record may have the incorrect birth date.

It's also possible you have an LDS Account already set up. Try using the "Forgot username" link and see if you can recover an older account using the membership record number option.
