Reporting Rolls, HT,VT and Quarterly Report Info
Just a question here brothers, do you or have you heard of in the future of a possibility for the Secretaries of each organization to have the capability to report their numbers via MLS or LDS.org and having it automatically entered and tallied? And do you feel it would be a good addition to the system? Thanks for any input on your ideas. The reason for this is I find it hard at times for the gathering of this information for the report at times. I try to remind the President of each organization at WC to have their Secretaries reminded, but it isn't always communicated. Thanks again

While it maybe beneficial to have them add the information. I don't think it would change anything when it comes to getting the information quicker it may even slow the process down more. The clerk would still have to remind the auxiliaries to get their information in.
You might try this. Give the Secretaries some training on reports and what is needed form them and when its needed it by. We did this in our ward and while its not perfect its working better than it was. In our ward the report information, same as what required on the Quarterly Report, is due the first Sunday of each month, this includes HT/VT reports.

Online home and visiting teaching features are definitely in the works. But there is no published timeline for when it might be released, or what the feature set will be.
All the features you mentioned would require direct access to Leader Resources on LDS.org by quorum and auxiliary leaders and secretaries. That's been a topic of discussion for quite some time (see a partial list of related topics here). Although it will certainly happen at some point, it is not currently at the top of the priority list.

this includes HT/VT reports...hi I have noted the the HT/VT recording is lists for three months only,can this be changed to four months,for the quarterly reports.AS then will have the numbers only for two months only,thanks.

I do agree that it would be nice sometimes to have more than three months displayed. And that would be a request to be made through a Feedback link at the LDS.org site.
