Cannot update LDS org acct so I can access LDS tools app

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Cannot update LDS org acct so I can access LDS tools app

Trying to update my LDS org account so I can use my LDS tools app. When I log into LDS org it will not let me update the account info. It saysy MRN is missing but when I put the in it says it already exists. I have no idea what to update so my tools app will work.

At the login screen, try "forgot username". Select MRN to recover. The problem may be you have another account you forgot about. The system does not allow two accounts to have the same MRN.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
