Following instructions on mhtech as follows:
Configure Audio Input Settings
From the VidiU Web Interface, select "Settings" then click on the "Audio" icon. Configure your settings as instructed below:
1-Audio Source: "Analog" (unless audio will be embedded in the HDMI cable)
2-Channel: "Mono Left"
3-Level: "Line"
4-Left & Right Mutes: "Off"
5Left & Right Volumes: about 10 (Calibrate this setting during a test event. See Audio Setup.)
6-Select "Apply" to save your settings
We're inputting audio into the mini-jack on the VidiU. Tried both Stereo and Mono Left in step two above and get the same left channel only when listening on a computer with stereo speakers.
What am I missing?
VidiU webcast left channel audio only

I'm not following exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

Re: VidiU webcast left channel audio only
If you are pulling the sound from the chapel audio, then you will get mono, which is left channel only.
