Earlier today, I wanted to remind the ward members of a Ward picnic event that is on the calendar for tomorrow starting at 2pm. I went into the calendar events and verified that all of the information was correct -- it shows as starting at 2pm and ending at 6pm. It is at a non-church facility, so there aren't any options even offered for setup/takedown times. Just a normal 2pm-6pm event. I used the "Send Now" option to have it remind everyone.
They got the reminder and all looked fine except that, at the very end, it said this:
Event date: Jul 23, 2016
Event time: 1:00 PM
Calendar name: Ward Activities
Note that it says 1PM instead of 2PM.
Anyone else seen this behavior? I can't find anything at all wrong with the event. I thought maybe it was a time-zone issue of some sort, but we're Eastern and Utah is Mountain so, if that was the bug, I would expect it to be off by two hours, not one.
Any ideas of things for me to double-check to make sure it wasn't something at my end? Are other people experiencing this?
Wrong time on calendar event reminder email?

Re: Wrong time on calendar event reminder email?
Try looking at the event using another computer. Or maybe even using LDS Tools on a mobile device. The web page uses the time zone of the computer to display the event. If the time zone on the computer is off, then the events displayed will all be off as well.

Re: Wrong time on calendar event reminder email?
Good idea, but didn't seem to be it. I just confirmed using LDS Tools on an Android device -- and on another PC -- that the event is on the calendar properly at 2pm.
Just for testing, I also had our Stake Clerk take a quick look and it shows 2pm for him also.
So, everything looks correct to me there. Only the email said 1pm.

1PM Standard/2PM Daylight?
If you're a stake admin, you might want to look at what time zone that location is set for.

I asked our Stake Clerk to double-check and he could not find any setting where a time zone was set. Do you know where it is exactly so that I can have him look?

From the calendar main page > Gear icon > "Locations & Rooms".
Select the building in question on the left side. The middle column will have a field labeled "Time Zone".
If it needs to be changed, then needs to click "edit" at the top of the column.
