Ward List, Household report

Ward List, Household report
We have a husband an wife which is properly recorded in membership records with his last name, but the Ward membership household report shows the same husband an wife with his mothers maiden name. Preferred names are correct as well as is the membership records. Can't find any reason why the household report would be incorrect.

You need to look at the Household name field for the Household in MLS. I'm not sure if that field has been exposed in LCR yet.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I'm going to the chapel in 20 min, so I will look in MLS. Hopefully it can be resolved there.

Not available in CLR yet, hopefully in the near future. Resolved in MLS.
