Hello Everyone,
Anyone know of an automated way to create a directory containing the stake presidency and every bishopric/branch presidency in the stake? I would really like to avoid having to create one by hand.

Between the online stuff and LDS Tools, the need has largely disappeared. Your best bet might be to use LDS.org and generate individual PDF pages that you combine into a single PDF.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
