Deleting a Primary Class

So I am trying to delete a Primary class or combine it. We have dissolved a Valiant 9 class into Valiant 10. So there are no members or teachers in the remaining class. It won't let me just delete the class. And the class list that it is allowing me to combine it with is not Valiant 10 like I would like. It gives the option of Sunbeams, CTR 5, Valiant 8, or Valiant 11. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I believe the problem is that the Valiant 10 class is already a split class and I don't think LCR allows you to combine different age groups with split classes

So if I combined Valiant 10, and then combined 9, and then split the class. Would that work?

*Updated: No doesn't work. but we just added the kids we wanted to the class even with the age out of assignment *. Not perfect but works.
