Logging into my account

Will not allow me to get into my indexing account. Tells me that my password is incorrect. I answer the questions (which I know very well) but it will not except them. I have been using the same password and answers for some time. Why can I not get in now?

I am having the same problem. Additionally when I try to use my lds membership account the url reads several errors and will not open either.

I am having the very same issue. I can log into my lds account but not my indexing account. the security questions which I know the answers, come up as wrong.
