When I went to pay tithing it came back in russian.

I went to North America and than clicked on canadian english. Than a little man popped up and I said english again. Than it came up in Russian. I wasn't able to change the screen to english. I may have clicked on the wrong screen but I was sure that I used the correct one.

Try Worldwide English. A bit counterintuitive, but it should work.
