Trouble signing in, PLEASE HELP!!!

I am having problems longing in to the donation part of lds.org. I can log into everything else, but the donation part has me log in again and then only says loading content. Please help his is very frustrating!

Make sure you're not using Private Browsing, Incognito or other privacy mode in your browser. Likewise, if you're running anything that blocks cookies, etc, make sure to turn it off for the donations page.

It says I have to update a valid email address but already have
[e-mail deleted] otherwise it seems this is the only reason why I can't make donations work

I believe this has happened when there is no email address in your LDS Account. Log in at ldsaccount.lds.org and click on "Contact Settings". Add an email address and hit "Save". You may need to verify your email address by checking there and clicking on a verification link sent to you in an email.

In addition, I think the email address has to be verified - meaning the system sends you a message and you have to respond to it to prove you're getting the email. However, I'm not sure how to verify a email if there is already an email address associated with the account.

I have been trying for weeks to sign in and pay donations. I have not been able to get in. It says I need a valid email address. It now just times out when I click on my account settings. I am not sure what to do on this one. Can you please help?

It sounds like the app has become corrupt. I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling
