Password to many attempts

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Password to many attempts

I have been trying to help my mom log into her account and am getting this message.

"Maximum attempts exceeded. Please try again later."

Normally i would just wait, but it has been giving us this message for several days now. How can I get it fixed so we can log her in? Thanks in advance!

I'd suggest you try the "forgot password" link.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
