Mailing labels for the full-time missionaries from our stake?
My stake president asked me to find out if there was a way to periodically create mailing labels for the full-time missionaries from our stake. I could not find one. Does anybody know how to do it? The closest I have found is in the LDS Tools app there is an "Organization" subcategory "Missionary" that lists the addresses of the full-time missionaries from our stake, but I can't figure a way to get them on mailing labels without typing them. Thanks in advance.

We just kept a master list in LibreOffice in label format and printed it when needed. The missionaries were added in the order they reported to their Missionary Training Center, the mission address was used, and they dropped off the list when they returned.

You should be able to find the information in the lds.org directory (at least on a per-ward basis), so you should be able to cut and paste.cfitch wrote:but I can't figure a way to get them on mailing labels without typing them.
Since I don't think addresses change that often, if you keep the list on the computer, you just need to check and update the list before printing it again.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

And you could divide and conquer this easier by asking the Clerk in each ward to provide their ward's information to you. It is a much smaller task for a ward than a stake. Then you would only need to compile the information from each ward (and whine at the ones who don't get it to you in a timely manner...). In our building, each ward has their missionaries already listed on the back bulletin board with the mission mailing address for members to use.
