I am the Ward clerk. I have. A member in my ward who recently adopted their daughters child. I need to list this child as their daughter now. What is the process for this??
I have joined her to their house hold.

In MLS find the child's record and go to the Parents tab. Click the Remove button to remove the existing parents and then click Edit to enter the new adoptive parents (use the Select button in the edit dialog to make sure the information correctly matches the adoptive parent's record).
Of course, this should only be done after the adoption is legally complete. Until then you can add the child to the household and edit the Preferred Name if necessary.
