Problems with Edge browser for Windows 10 mistaken for bandwidth issues

Just as a reminder, there are known issues with Edge, Safari on a Mac, and Android devices, as stated in the banner on the top of the website after login.

The Edge browser will seem like it wants to connect but then fails. This is not a bandwidth issue. It has to do with the way Edge tries to connect and use the player.

Some have mistakenly thought they were having bandwidth issues when trying to use the Edge browser, this is not the case. Try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome or even IE.
