Visiting Teaching Coordinator can't enter visits
I have a visiting teaching coordinator who cannot enter visits on LCR. She was able to until recently. I checked her member profile in LCR and her calling is correct and the access table indicates she should have access to this feature. Has anyone else run into this?

You might want to make sure she's using the right LDS Account with right MRN. If she sat down to the home computer and it was logged in as her husband, that would explain a lot.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
