Record not in MLS
I have a household that has disappeared from MLS. They recently moved in, I received the record, I printed the record. They have been in MLS. I have not transferred the record out nor have I received notice that is has moved (it should not move - they are in our ward). The household shows up in LDS Tools and on LCR.
I just did a send/receive just to see if there was a batching issue. No change. Does anyone know why this would be an issue? It is the only household in my ward that has the issue, as far as I can see.

I don't know why it would have happened, but a Data Unit Refresh should fix it (on the File menu in MLS). The fact that the household shows up in LCR makes it clear that their record is indeed assigned to your ward. The only problem is that MLS is not in sync, and a refresh should fix that.jms238 wrote:I have a household that has disappeared from MLS. Re: Record not in MLS
I've had a similar problem, a family that showed in LCR but not in MLS on the stake level. I brought in another clerk to try to find them in MLS just to make sure I wasn't crazy. They weren't even a new move-in, and had been in the stake for years. I was released shortly after so I don't know if it was ever resolved.

Re: Record not in MLS
There is a bit similarity with my concern.
Some members of a family were moved out through LCR but then the whole family were recorded as moved out after 24 hours when i did the transmission through MLS.

Deleted. Thanks for the reminder. Does anyone know how to resolve the problem I mentioned though?

Re: Record not in MLS
What is the status that shows on LCR? LCR is "real-time". MLS is synced and can get a little wonky. So first, we need to know if there really is a problem.
If the wrong family members got moved out, you'll have to request them back in. I don't think there's a way to reverse that - which is unfortunate since that tends to auto-release them from their callings.

It is the same in LCR. The records of all other family members are moved out even though I did not request to remove all their records.

Re: Record not in MLS
Well, somehow the system interpreted it as a "family" move. You'll have to request them back. I've never heard of a "roll back" to fix those things.elderaranda wrote:It is the same in LCR. How can we avoid the same problem in the future? It happens everytime I do some move out.
