When moving from one class (or den, etc.) to another based on birthday rather than calendar year (Young Men, Young Women, Scouts), a simple gannt chart that shows who will be in what class in the future is useful and informative for leaders. Could this be developed as a tool that could be printed from the membership record information?
Attached is what we use for our cub program. We can see at a glance, for example, in six months who is going to be in which den.
