For your iPhone, open the App Store on your device, and search for LDS Tools. If you already have the latest version installed, you will see an "Open" button. If you don't have the latest version installed, you will see "Update" or "Install."

That's what I thought but I've received, through some app, a notification that there is a Version 3 for iOS out, and I don't have version 3 as near as I can tell.

LDS Tools 3.0 is being beta-tested currently – you might have gotten an email about it if you are on the LDS Tools for iOS project / mailing list. But the most recent version publicly available in the store is 2.5.1:

Thank you Samuel that explains a lot. I'm not sure how I ended up on that list but it solves it all for me. I've recently been called as the District Exec Sec and District Historian. Trouble is I had a stroke a while back and I forgot how to do a lot of things that I used to take for granted. I'm trying to catch up the history for 2014 and 15 and there's not much about. The Church systems are all way different and I'm struggling a bit trying to learn everything again. It's fun though and I get a great sense of achievement when I work things out. It would be great if MLS and Leader and Clerk Resources were one program. Still I'll learn.

Thanks again for taking the time to explain this.

Kind regards,
Mick.

I created a list to text the members to remind them about ward counsel. I have14 on my list. Only the first 10 are getting my text. Can you only have10 on a list?

That may be a limit of the program used to send texts rather than a limit of LDS Tools

Yes, recipients per text message is a carrier-imposed limit (for example, AT&T or T-Mobile). You will need to copy-paste the message for every 10 people and send multiple messages, or use a third-party texting service.
