"Who Baptized and confitm me?"

I am the ward clerk and was recently asked by a ward member to find the names of the people who performed her baptism and confirmation. Is that information available to members anywhere?

That information is not retained at church headquarters. It is only saved in the local copy of MLS and is discarded when they move out of the ward. And even if they stay in the same ward there are situations where it may be lost as well. So if they were baptized in your ward there is a possibility the information in on their record in MLS (but not in LCR). But if it's not there then the only record would be their own baptismal certificate if they still have it.
