Custom Member Field seems to have broken in 3.8.4

We just got 3.8.4 tonight. We are no longer able to add a "Custom Member Field". Is anyone else getting this?

Where I go:
Membership | View and Update | Custom Member Fields | Select a member | Custom Fields

I click Add, but don't see a way to "Add" a net New entry.

We are also having this problem. We are part of a newly created ward and are unable to add the custom Member field options that we need in order to track Sacrament meeting participation.

If I remember correctly, I think that function may have moved to Custom Reports. That is where I had to go the last time I wanted to change a custom field (about three days ago).
