New member does not show up in MLS

New member does not show up in MLS
I have a new member whose information shows up on LDS.org, but doe not show up in MLS. He just received the Aaronic Priesthood (Priest), and I cannot update it on Leader and Clerk Resources and it won't let me update it in MLS because he doesn't show up as a member there. Help!!

Try doing a Unit Data Refresh
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
