Upcoming webcast, anything to change?

We have a new storehouse that will be dedicated next month. We will be webcasting the dedication to the Stake Center as overflow and encoding it with a Vidu that worked well in Nov.
Anything I should be doing to make sure everything is ready to go?
Can I now update the Vidu to the latest version?

Yes, please update the Vidu to the latest version. Everything else should be the same as it was in Nov.
