Can't log into childs account

I can't log into my child's account so she can make a donation. I know the username, which I confirmed by entering the MRN and birthdate in the "recover username" process. When I enter that username and birthdate again in the "recover password" process, I get a message that the username or birthdate are incorrect. I don't know or remember whether an email address is associated with her account.
