Hi, I am not finding my statement that has all my online donations from 2015 on it. I pulled up one and there is only a donation from September 2015 on it. Where do I get a statement with ALL donations from 2015 on it? Thank you. Cherilyn Mitchell

You need to contact the ward clerk of the ward you donated to prior to September. They must not have entered your membership number on your donor record. You can ask them to enter your number and then those donations should show up online. I would recommend that you also ask them to give you a tax statement for those donations so you don't have to wait for the change to make it's way through the system.

The most reliable way is to contact each of the wards you donated to. While there are a few different ways to get information about your donations, if any of the wards you donated to failed to associate your donation with your MRN, then those donations will appear nowhere else.

The other thing to check is to make sure the donations weren't put under your spouse's name. Unless your spouse enables it on their account, you won't see them. And wards must process the donation as being primarily under one member, not both.

I've not heard any feedback on how long that will take, so I think it unwise to depend on it.
