Created account for child but cannot login with it

I created an account for my child but have not been able to login with it. Instead, receive error message that the username or password is not recognized. When I try to recover the username or password online, I receive a message that online recovery is not available for the account. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem.

When you registered for the account you should have received a verification e-mail. Clicking on that link completes the process of creating an account. If that final step is not completed then the account has not be set up.

Did you get that verification e-mail? Did you click the link?
