setting up account for daughter

setting up account for daughter

I am trying to set up an account for my daughter but cant get her email to be saved in account info. she wants to pay tithing online, but everytime she tries it tells her she doesn't have an email so we go in and reenter it, but still not saved. What do we do? :?

Have you tried using a different browser or computer to see if it works?

Actually, I believe it needs to be a confirmed email address - meaning you should be getting an email that you have to respond to.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
