Need Donation statement for multiple wards

Hello,
During 2015, our family moved from one ward to another. I went to being my taxes to my preparer today but realized I only have a donation statement from our current ward. I have looked through my Dination History and cannot find the donations made in our precious ward. How do I find that information? Shouldn't it all be listed under my account?

You may have to contact the prior ward. If they didn't associate your donations with your MRN, then your donations would not have followed you to your current ward, nor would they appear on-line.

Your prior ward probably did not connect your donations to your membership record correctly. The ability to do that is fairly recent and your prior ward probably did not go back to existing donor records and add the connection. Without that connection your donations won't show up in your donation history online.

You'll need to contact the ward clerk in your prior ward and ask them to connect your donor record to your membership record. They will probably need your MRN (which you can get from a temple recommend, in the directory on LDS.org or from your current ward clerk). You should also ask them to mail or email you a printout of your tax statement (for the donations in that ward) just to make sure you get the necessary documents without further delay.
