Screen Comes Up in Asian Characters (stead of English)
My preference setting is for the English language, but when I log in my screen automatically come up in Chinese or some other Asian characters.....how can I correct this problem so I can read the screen?

LDS.org does that. The simplest way is to edit the URL. I don't think anyone has found a permanent fix.
I have found that it seems to behave if you are sure to bookmark "http" and not "https".

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This happened to me on my cell phone. I had to look at the page on a PC to see where the 'language' link was (upper right corner of the 'Account Settings' screen) so I could change it to English on my phone.
I had to do this on a couple of other pages as well, but it seems to work still.
