highlights don't transfer between devices

I have several devices (all windows, one laptop, one rt tablet, one 8.1 phone). I thought that highlights and notes would automatically update between devices using the same account but that doesn't appear to be correct. Was my assumption invalid or am I just missing something?

As far as I know they are to syn to all devices, that is my understanding. Is your LDS account associated with your Membership Record number (MRN)? I am wondering if this might have something to do with not getting the notes and highlights on other devices.

Yes, my account uses my MRN.

I installed the Windows Gospel Library on my Win10 desktop. When I added my LDS Account and sync'ed, the highlighting and notes from my Android Tablet were transferred to the desktop.

You do not have to sync Gospel Library to use it and it doesn't remind you so if you have not sync'ed it, I would try that first.

I've tried that (new install & synch) several times without success. When I open the app it displays a loading annotations text that I thought was fixing the issue but it did not. Will give it another shot. I have the beta version on the laptop as well but will delete it on the off chance it's using the same data storage and causing a conflict.

I sometimes experience the same issue with my beta. There have been a few times within the past few months where it would not sync from my desktop to the server, hence my updates on my Android devices. The other direction was just fine -- I'd update something on my tablet, and it would be on my desktop.

It's been fine for the past week and a half or so.
