Stake Conference Report Form

#1

Post by danrsorensen »

Once completed, where do I mail the Stake Conference Report form? It says one copy goes to the Quorum of the Twelve and one to the Area President. Do I mail both copies to one of those addresses, or mail them separately? If I mail anything to the Quorum of the Twelve, what is the mailing address?

If the presiding officer did not take the form with him, or the stake president presided, I would mail all copies of the form to the Office of the Quorum of the Twelve at 47 East South Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84150. They will make the proper distribution.

Edit: See my post two later than this one for online paperless reporting.

I've also sent them to the Scheduling Office via email in the past.

News flash: Just do it online if the stake president presided.

See the Quorum of the Twelve Letter, February 29, 2016, in the Official Communication Library. Stake presidency member or clerk has access.

Thank you! I just noticed this on LCR today. Looks like it will be a moot point to mail it from now on.

I read the latest release notes for the LCR in which it states: "Added the ability for stake presidents and stake clerks to view upcoming stake conference information and complete stake conference reports." Is this option only available for the USA? I am the stake clerk from overseas and I have tried to find the option in my session but couldn't find it.

You can go directly to https://stakeconference.lds.org
In LCR, click Reports, look under the Forms column for Stake Conference.

All I have in the Forms sections in the Reports column are: Attendance rolls, Officers sustained, New leader Recommandations, Boundary and leadership change request, Recommend to perform an ordinance, and New and returning member progress. The Stake conference option wasn't there. I also tried the link https://stakeconference.lds.org/ and got the message "Not Found"

The stake conferences area of Leader and Clerk Resources is currently only available in the U.S. and Canada. I'm not sure why it's limited or what plans there might be for the future. I can see the stake conference area for my stake in the United States through Leader and Clerk Resources, but the link stakeconference.lds.org doesn't work.
