Members in jail
We have three members in jail one of which is in for murder. I am not sure what the best thing is to do with their records?

Re: Members in jail
You may find that there a lds outreach assigned to one of the wards. It would be best to transfer the records to that ward.
In the case of the murderer, I'd suggest reviewing Handbook 1: 6.7.3.

The last paragraph of Handbook 1, 13.6.4 explains where the records belong.schofie_1@yahoo.com wrote:We have three members in jail one of which is in for murder. I am not sure what the best thing is to do with their records?
In addition, as russellhltn said based on the information you have provided, the bishop should review Handbook 1, 6.7.3 and then consult with the stake president in the case of one of the members. Then 13..6.4 would apply if needed.
